Continuous optimization of the ducted HVAC system is key to ensuring its efficiency and durability. Performing regular preventative maintenance, including filter inspection, AHU cleaning, and verification of control system operation, will help prevent breakdowns and prolong the equipment’s lifespan. Constant monitoring of energy consumption and analysis of data provided by the BMS will allow identification of opportunities to improve system performance and reduce energy consumption.
